This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the return of rental items from Quabalexphim. By renting items from us, you agree to comply with this policy. We strive to make the rental and return process as smooth as possible while ensuring that our inventory remains in good condition for all our customers.
All rental items must be returned on the agreed-upon return date as specified in your rental agreement. Returns can be made through our scheduled pickup service or by dropping off items at our location during business hours. If you choose to have items picked up, please ensure that all items are packed and ready for collection at the scheduled time.
When returning items, please ensure they are clean and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Items should be returned in their original packaging or containers when applicable. Our team will inspect all returned items to verify their condition and completeness.
Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, allowing for normal wear and tear from appropriate use. Normal wear and tear includes minor scuffs or marks that occur during typical use at an event. Items should be free from stains, tears, breaks, or other damage beyond normal wear.
Before returning items, please remove any decorations, tape, or attachments you may have added. Items should be reasonably clean, though professional cleaning is not required. We understand that items used at events may show signs of use, and we account for this in our maintenance procedures.
Upon return, all items will be inspected by our staff to assess their condition. This inspection typically occurs within 24 hours of return. If any damage or missing items are identified, we will contact you using the contact information provided in your rental agreement. You will be provided with details of the damage and the associated charges.
We document the condition of all items before and after rental periods. If there is a dispute regarding the condition of returned items, we will refer to our pre-rental documentation and photographs. We encourage renters to inspect items upon delivery and report any pre-existing damage immediately.
If rental items are returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. Damage charges are based on the actual cost to restore the item to its original condition or replace it if repair is not feasible. Minor damage that can be easily repaired may incur a repair fee, while significant damage will result in a replacement charge.
In the event that rental items are lost or not returned, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the items. This includes items that are returned incomplete, such as furniture missing hardware or decorative pieces missing components. We maintain detailed records of all items included in each rental to ensure accurate accounting.
Items must be returned by the date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional rental charges calculated on a per-day basis. If you anticipate that you will need to keep items longer than originally agreed, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension, subject to availability.
Unauthorized late returns beyond three days may result in additional fees and may be reported as unreturned items. We understand that events sometimes run longer than expected, and we are happy to accommodate extensions when possible, but advance notice is required.
Rental fees are generally non-refundable once items have been delivered. However, if we are unable to fulfill your rental order due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If items are delivered in unsatisfactory condition and we cannot provide suitable replacements, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Deposits paid at the time of booking will be refunded within seven to ten business days after the successful return of all rental items in acceptable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the deposit. If damage charges apply, they will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is processed.
If you need to cancel your rental, please refer to our cancellation policy outlined in the Terms of Use. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund minus any applicable cancellation fees. Once items have been delivered, cancellations are not accepted, and rental fees are non-refundable.
In rare cases where we must cancel your rental due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or inventory issues, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will make every effort to provide alternative items or solutions before resorting to cancellation.
While we do not require professional cleaning of rental items before return, we do ask that you remove any obvious debris, food, or spills. Items that are returned excessively dirty may incur a cleaning fee. This fee covers the additional time and resources required to restore the items to rental-ready condition.
Certain items, such as linens or fabric-based decor, are professionally cleaned between each rental as part of our standard maintenance. However, items that require special cleaning due to stains or damage will result in additional charges to the renter.
Many of our rental items come with multiple components, such as table legs, chair cushions, or decorative accessories. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that all components are returned. Missing components will be charged at their individual replacement cost, which may be a percentage of the full item cost.
We provide a detailed inventory list with each rental that specifies all components included. Please use this list to verify that you are returning everything that was delivered. If you discover missing components after your event, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for their return.
Renters are responsible for protecting rental items from weather and environmental damage. If items are used outdoors, appropriate precautions must be taken to prevent damage from rain, wind, sun, or other elements. Damage resulting from weather exposure is the responsibility of the renter.
We recommend discussing your event setup with us in advance if you plan to use items outdoors. We can provide guidance on which items are suitable for outdoor use and what protective measures should be taken. Some items are not appropriate for outdoor use and may incur damage charges if used outside.
If you disagree with any damage charges or other fees assessed after the return of rental items, please contact us within five business days of receiving notification of the charges. We will review your concern and provide additional documentation or explanation as needed. We are committed to fair and transparent billing practices.
In most cases, disputes can be resolved through direct communication. We maintain photographic evidence of item conditions and detailed records of all rentals. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use will apply.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise during events. If rental items are damaged due to circumstances beyond your control, such as venue issues or accidents caused by third parties, please document the incident and notify us as soon as possible. While you remain responsible for the items, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
For large or complex rentals, we may offer on-site pickup and inspection services. This allows us to assess the condition of items immediately after your event and address any concerns in real-time. Please inquire about this service when booking your rental.
